Jim has a gift for seeing what’s holding a horse back and knowing exactly how to unlock it. Whether you’re just starting to develp your horse or you’ve been at it for years, you’ll leave this week with a clearer picture of what power really means and how to build it from the ground up. You will be riding WITH Jim in his yard in Scottsdale, AZ.
Clinic Overview
Purpose: The clinic focuses on developing horse and rider skills through hands-on instruction in a relaxing environment.
Cost: $2,000 per person. This includes the clinic and food while youre here.
Jim’s horses are available for use during the power clinic for an additional fee. We highly encourage you to bring your own horse if possible.
We have RV spots available on a first come basis.
If you bring a guest, it will be an extra $45 to cover the cost of their food for the week.
Training Topics: The curriculum includes stops on the hindquarters, spin preparation, rollbacks, travel with body form, lope control, lead changes, mouth responsiveness, leg control, neck reining, and overall horse control.
